Packing!

If you too are packing to take a trip south, make sure you pack at least one pair of tabbies!  Great for that excursion off resort, when wearing running shoes.  Mine just happen to be, mismatched, just to add a little bit more spunk to my adventure!  See you again at The Historic Farmers' Market, Brewery Square, Saturday, April 16, 2016 for one of our April stints.

Thinking of the Erlbachers today!

It is with very heavy hearts that Blake (MrB) and I (MsB) sit here absorbing the news of Pee Wee's passing last night.  I know he was an incredible liked gentleman, one for whom, we did not get the opportunity to meet in person.  We have, however, met two of his daughters, Jamie and Grayson and send our sincere condolences to all members of the Erlbacher Family.  

Some of you may be wondering why I am posting this post on my blog, and I must explain. Pee Wee is the one who started the idea of the reproductions of the Erlbacher Gearheart, Circular Sock Machines, from his shop in Missouri.  We are very fortunate to own #88, Erlbacher Gearhart Machine, the first machines he made, the green and yellow ones!  This machine, to us,  is the key compondent to our CSM adventure, and small scale market venture of Socks Made On 88! So we thank him!

I know there are many many crankers out there today, saying prayers for his family, and reflecting on the encounters they have had with him or not, or wishing they had!  A very special man indeed, that will be remembered highly in the CSM world, now and for years and years to come!  RIP Pee Wee

Back by popular demand, introducing another full compliment of our Short-Tabbies for your Spring, Easter and Summer needs! Perfect timing the day before the official day of Spring! We will have plenty of pairs from Women's size 6-10 and some Men's also.  We also have a few pairs of the Double-Picot Anklets too.

Sand, nope, in the snow!  Another little blast nearing the end of winter. It appears that I will still have to wear my boots to the market tomorrow.  Speaking of market, see you there all ready and set up for 7am :-)

Spring soon ?

It is Market Day for us this coming Saturday, March 12, 2016.
Historic Farmers' Market, Brewery Square, 7am to 1pm! Wondering if the weather will be more on the side of Winter? or Spring?  I know, I know it is still Winter, but we can dream of Spring soon, right!

Little Sprouts!

I see little sprouts peeking through the earth!  We always carry lots of Baby Hats for your special Little Sprouts too!  We won't be at the market this week, but will be there the week after.  Mark Saturday, March 12, 2016 down and we will see you there!
